CA. PUSHKAR PATIL

Mr. Pushkar Patil is a Commerce graduate (BCOM), qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
He has more than 17 years of experience in the areas of Internal audit, Concurrent/Revenue audits and Information Systems audit.

He has worked as an Assistant Manager - Audit and Compliance in a Banking Company where he has done systems review of various areas such as Systems audit of various banking application including operating systems and networking review, Review of Custody and Demat operations, Concurrent audit of Retail branches, Review of Net banking and Mobile banking, etc.

He has also worked with Aneja Associates as Assistant Manager. He has also been awarded the Best Report award for investigation audit of Vishva Yuva Kendra (Bajaj Group NGO). He possesses vast experience in the Telecom segment and has worked extensively in the field of delivering assurance-based solutions to clients in varied industries.

CA. KUNJAL PUNAMIYA

Mr. Kunjal Punamiya is a Commerce graduate (BCOM) and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
He has more than 8 years of experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Direct & Indirect Taxation.
He has extensively worked in the Media & Entertainment sector and is a Media Expert. He has been personal advisor to film personalities.

Mr. Chirag Jain is a Commerce graduate (BCOM) and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
He has more than 5 years of experience in the areas of Statutory Audit, Income Tax, Internal Audit, Indirect Taxation. He has extensively worked in the field of Direct & Indirect Taxation of Telecom & Power Sector.

CA. KAMLESH JAIN

Mr. Kamlesh Jain is a Commerce graduate (BCOM) and a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

He has handled Stores Process & Retail Audit for a leading Telecom Company across Maharashtra & Goa to review Stores compliances in regards to parameters set by the Company.
He has worked for Statutory Audits of Various sectors of the industry such as Healthcare, Gymnasium, Co-Operative Housing Societies and finalised and prepared audited particulars.
He has experience in handling Sales Tax Search & Seizure proceedings.
He has led a team for MVAT Audit of State Electricity Board and co-ordination with Zonal Auditors.
